Who Am I?

I’m a lifelong learner, constantly seeking innovations, new teaching methods, and educational technologies. Beyond the classroom, I’m an avid traveler. From the USA to various European countries, I’ve absorbed diverse cultures, languages, and teaching practices. In summary, every day, I move forward—curious, dedicated, and passionate. Education isn’t just my profession; it’s my purpose.

As an experienced elementary teacher, I’ve dedicated fourteen years to shaping young minds in both public and international schools. My passion for education extends beyond the classroom. As we navigate the digital age, I embrace online teaching, ensuring that even through screens, connections flourish. I’ve had the privilege of working within Cambridge and learning about the IB (International Baccalaureate) curricula . These frameworks have shaped my teaching philosophy, emphasizing holistic development, critical thinking, and global awareness. I’m passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Empowering students to be global citizens who contribute to positive change drives my work. Student well-being is of great importance. I prioritize mental health, fostering open dialogues and mindfulness practices. My positive attitude and rapport with students set the tone for a supportive learning environment. As I explore pedagogical approaches, I’ve thrown myself into Montessori, focusing on sensorial activities. My certification as a Montessori Assistant reinforces my commitment to personalized learning. But my curiosity doesn’t stop there. I’ve delved into Waldorf and Reggio Emilia approaches, broadening my toolkit. Courses in NLP education, picture analysis, and Montessori education allow me to understand children from various angles. I’m a firm believer in the power of extracurricular activities. To enhance cognitive development, I engage my students in strategic mind games like Mangala and Othello. These activities foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
