Even stepping outside for a real-world exploration of numerical sequences, like house numbers, can be beneficial. Engaging the body is a powerful way to engage the mind.

This approach, often referred to as suggestopedia, is designed to create a more relaxed and focused learning environment. It’s a wonderful application of educational psychology to improve student engagement and retention.
